Assignment 1 : ewallpaper.

Well, as for this assignment, i shall do a wallpaper based on an event. i chose to make a Halloween wallpaper. These are the procedures that i use to make my wallpaper. 

above here is the original wallpaper that i took from the internet. using this, i will edit using photoshop to make a new wallpaper. from this, to this (below)

first, i took out the unwanted stuff in the picture using stamp clone tool.

Next i thought of putting more pumpkin to the picture. Using the magic eraser tool to other picture thus using the marquee tool to move it to the wallpaper.

then i used the same method to put some trees, more houses, bats and some witches.

i also use the brush tool to touch up a bit on the layers to blend them in together. 

and yes, in the end, this is the final work, 

assignments for this trimester.

well, as we know it we all have to do the assignments in this subject. as for now there are two( or three i guess plus the picture of ourself.) i don't actually have the right picture for myself yet and i don't actually know what to edit with my picture using photoshop. BUT.... i will try doing it. for the sake of my grades. :P


besides that, we have to do the e-wallpaper based on festivals. erm, that's another problem. hehehe. i don't really know yet what festival i want to do. i thought of doing something that is not cliche like something that is in other country. aahhhh! like maybe the chocolate festival (i don't know if it even exist), or the cherry blossom festival or even the tomato festival. weeeeeeeeeee~


oh oh ohhh, we, the SIXOFUS have make some brainstorm about the second assignment that is the CALENDER! ahha, we went through a lot of things in our mind. from cupcakes, to style of hairs and even lingeries. -.-; yea, i know. but the final decision has been made. yeap. that is... the human facial expression. well, not really humans, i mean, only the faces of six of us;- me, inara, juey, ain, atikah and andy! :D yeayy. :P


urm, i guess that's about it. i just need to update some things in this blog. i know that there's no picture because i didn't get the chance to find something appropriate for this post. okay. see you later alligator.

getting started with ADOBE PHOTOSHOP

well, for this second trimester in this foundation, i will be learning Adobe Photoshop for the subject Computer Graphics 2. as i have no knowledge at all in this software, i went out to try the tools in the software.

to get started with Adobe Photoshop, i first went to my desktop where there's an icon for the Adobe Photoshop. double click on the icon to open the software.

there in the red circle.

and it will appear like this, 

then click on the 'file' button on the top left and select 'new' to get a clipboard.

before anything, change the type of paper. where there is a preset space and select international paper thus choose the A4 size and click OK.

next, i'll just play with the tools on the left tab of the software.

i realized that some of the tools i'm already familiar of because some of them is similar in the Adobe Illustrator. such as, the pen tool, the type tool, the selection tool or even the shape tool.
